OLM Plans to Offer Commercial Launch Services from Sardinia

OLM has secured approval to test rocket engines at Sardinia's Salto di Quirra site, aiming for commercial suborbital launches by 2026. In partnership with Germany's Elara Aerospace, OLM will support tests of the student-built, reusable Starlight rocket, which can carry 50 kg to 130 km. Propulsion tests run through 2025, with full launch approval pending.
